Eight Experts One Wellness Conversation

“Modern Science, Ancient Healing—Finding the Best of Both Worlds” brings together eight Central Florida practitioners to explore how modern health care and time-tested wellness practices may complement one another.

​

The moderated discussion will feature perspectives from integrative and functional medicine, chiropractic care, lifestyle medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, mind-body wellness, hypnotherapy, strength training, compounding pharmacy and peptide therapies.

​

Panelists will answer focused questions related to their specialties, including the role of movement, mindset and daily habits in long-term health, the responsible use of personalized therapies and important safety considerations. Time will also be reserved for audience questions and practical takeaways.
