The Natural Root

Led by Christina Schaefer, BSN, RN, IBCLC, The Natural Root combines clinical expertise with a deep respect for human biology and each family's unique needs.

Christina's whole-family approach looks beyond feeding alone, considering infant function, maternal well-being, nutrition, nervous-system regulation and the many physical and emotional changes that come with welcoming a new baby. Her goal is to help parents feel informed, supported and confident as they navigate this important season of life.
